Led by Managing Director Jo-Ellen Walker, who has been in the position for more than 15 years, our experienced staff are passionate about looking after our valued clients, with no request being too big or too small. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Jo-Ellen was honoured to have been given the opportunity to take over the reins in May 2005, from her predecessor, Ronald King. The dynamics of the business has changed over time and the service and spare parts side, has grown to what it is today, as we continue to strive to improve.

Our team at KCI, is small but dynamic. We are like a family and work together to give the best customer service that we can. Jo’s husband Tim, joined the business in 2013 as a qualified service technician and hope, in time, their sons also become part of KCI continuing the proud family tradition.

It has been a pleasure for Jo, to be a part of the food service industry and dealing with clients new and old. Some of our clients have been using our services for over 30 years. We look forward to having new clients joining us and watching the industry grow over the coming years.
